The company was established in 2018 by Marc Janeke (BTech Real Estate, Property Valuation, UNISA) – a registered Professional Valuer (without restriction) with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession, and a member of the South African Institute of Valuers.
Marc Janeke has over 20 years of experience in the South African property sector, and has gained experience in the valuation of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, specialized properties and developments. Although based in Cape Town, Synergy Property Professionals (Pty) Ltd is able to conduct property related work in all parts of South Africa.
Synergy Property Professionals (Pty) Ltd is a majority black-owned company and is a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor (BEE Certification available on request).
